Marcus Smiler is a Registered Architect with over 20 years’ experience delivering projects across Queensland. He has led large commercial, government and Defence projects as Project Leader, managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and overseeing all stages of project delivery from concept design through to construction and completion.
Marcus has extensive experience in Education, Health, community facilities and master planning. He brings strong knowledge of statutory approvals, public sector procurement and contract administration, with a consistent focus on quality, compliance and program management.
He also has demonstrated expertise in stakeholder and community engagement, facilitating consultation processes to inform design outcomes and support project approvals. Marcus contributes senior leadership, commercial awareness and practical delivery expertise to achieve coordinated and well-managed project outcomes.
