Julianne is known for designing, project managing and documenting a diverse range of projects across a variety of building genres, throughout Queensland but particularly in Cairns and the Far North Queensland region.

A multi-award-winning architect, Julianne blends her highly developed design skills with effective client communication and a meticulous approach to managing principal consultancy teams. With numerous academic accolades and industry respect, Julianne has created and delivered outstanding outcomes for her clients for more than 20 years.

Her experience includes responsibility for the schematic design, documentation and contract administration for multiple education, health care and fire and emergency projects across the Far North.

She leads a highly skilled team who have received recognition for excellence in education projects including QMBA FNQ Regional Award Winner Educational Facilities up to $10 Million (2017 & 2019) and QMBA FNQ Project of the Year (2017) for Trinity Beach State School, Senior Learning Centre.

Julianne’s strong focus on design excellence, together with her articulate and collaborative approach to project management, has resulted in many exceptional buildings that have enhanced workplaces and lifestyles, and even redefined communities. Julianne’s legacy of design includes prestigious private residences, as well as functional yet aesthetically pleasing government, health care and commercial building projects.

With extensive academic accolades and industry recognition, Julianne and her highly skilled team have received many coveted awards from industry organisations including the Royal Australian Institute of Architects and Queensland Master Builders Association.

As a Fellow of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects, Julianne is passionate about the architecture profession and making a positive contribution to the communities she works in. Her involvement in the Institute throughout her career has allowed her to contribute at a local level to the architectural profession and community.
