Pugh Street

JMc Architects were engaged in a principle consultant contract to design and document 14 x 1 Bedroom Apartments for the Department of Housing and Public Works in Townsville.  The site is located in Aitkenvale a street lined with traditional two storey vernacular architecture.  The two storey scale of the development and clustered apartments relate well to the streetscape and provide accessible social living for the region.
