Gray Street House

Gray Street House is a modern, adaptable home designed for a couple and their extended family. The house is designed to accommodate children and grandchildren at various times of the year when families get together as well as being the place of residence for a professional couple.

The house is located at the summit of Whitfield Mountain with views to the south and north. With a preference for north facing living, the house is orientated ideally to provide maximum views to both.

A combination of off form concrete and lightweight construction forms the framework of the building, with walls of glass and prefinished panels. A lap pool accessible from the first floor is north facing and relates to a very large open covered terrace to enjoy the outdoors and views.
